OilPro System & Software

The OilPro Oil Management system is sold to the installation contractor (OilPro Distributor).

The contractor will install the OilPro Oil Management System - as one component of the general workshop equipment, usually on commission by the Oil Company/ Oil Supplier, but sometimes directly for the workshop owner.

OilPro V4 maintenance can be arranged

The OilPro Oil Management System and Software is maintained on an ad hoc basis – as and when need arises. The process that is followed depends on the ownership of the OilPro product.

Oil Company Equipment - If the equipment is owned by an oil supplier, the workshop logs a call with the oil supplier, who will authorize the maintenance work to be done either by an OilPro Distributor, or by Electronic Art Display CC directly.
Dealership Equipment - If the equipment is owned by the workshop owner, they can contact us directly and we will provide a provisional quotation and request a written order, on receipt of which a technician will be sent to attend to the fault.

The OilPro Oil Management System carries a one-year warranty (in factory repairs) and a lifelong warrenty against damage caused by lightning.

We find that OilPro software call-outs have to be attended to due to one or more of the following circumstances:

The cable connecting the customer’s computer to the OilPro System hardware is damaged
The workshop personnel or group-personnel have upgraded or changed the workshop computer equipment and the OilPro Software has to be re-installed
The workshop computer equipment was stolen and the OilPro Software has to be re-installed
