I/O error 103 - Fix

Solution

Where does this error pop up?

  • On the OilPro Server Engine as soon as the system tries to log a dispensing transaction.

Why does it pop up?

  • It is trying to write a text file to a prints folder and cannot find that folder.

How to fix this error:

  1. On the desktop right click on the OilPro Server Engine or OilPro Client shortcut.  Click on "Open File Location"
  2. Create a new folder and name it prints
