Electronic Art Display cc as the OEM of OilPro Oil Management System has the following support options in place:

FREE Software Support - (e-mail only)

We offer free support via our Help Desk knowledgebase and email ticketing system found here (excludes site visits).
Response time within 48 hours but normally faster. Please read through our knowledgebase before logging a ticket.



PRIORITY Software Support - (TeamViewer)

We offer priority support via Teamviewer for which we charge a fee, payable upfront. Please send official order number to orders@oilpro.co.za.



MAINTENANCE / REPAIRS

Our products are supported by installation contractors / OilPro Distributors. They should be the first port of call when you need on-site help. On occasions where we are required to visit a customerís premises to assess the problem or carry out work, we will provide a quotation and the payment is required upfront, after which the work will be scheduled.
