Solution

Message that appears when OilPro Client is started

 Flashfiler log on error message

Why this error message:

·The User name and/or the Password were entered incorrectly.

What to do:

·Make sure of how the information is entered.  Remember the User name and Password are case sensitive.

·Check if Caps lock is on or off.

·If the incorrect information is continually entered the 2nd message will appear and you will not be able to use the Client.

·Restart the OilPro Client and make sure to enter the login information correctly.
